Who Is Cadance Daniel?
As a lifelong resident of Florida, Cadance Daniel has had the opportunity to understand the diversified dynamics of the long-admired Sunshine State. Over the years, she has networked with many different people, cultures, and socioeconomic groups, developing local and international relations with the desire to meet the needs of all people. Cadance Daniel has a unique relationship with the Islamic nation of Pakistan. Being married to a Pakistani, she and her husband have established schools for children in villages throughout the country of Pakistan.

She vows to proactively legislate on behalf of everyone despite race, gender, sexual orientation, and socioeconomic class. Shining from the sunshine state, Cadance is the woman to revive, reform, and restore the American dream for those who have lost the ability to dream again. Cadance's diversified background as well as in areas of suffering the brunt of scrutiny herself, causes her to desire all to shine and for the state of Florida to step into its rightful destiny as the one that shines for all.
As an international speaker, global humanitarian, and small business owner who desires to see small businesses flourish, Cadance Daniel has the ability and agility to develop successful entrepreneurs and embellish their skills and ideas through creative and strategic innovation.
Because of this, she is confident in her ability to support small businesses and innovation in the State of Florida that others have often overlooked. She is passionate about seeing women and minorities reach their highest potential with the support of proper legislation and more significant funding on their behalf.

As a returning citizen, her greatest passion is to further legislation concerning criminal reform and give all citizens a second chance. Through broader legislation and policies coupled with necessary funding on behalf of those left in society as undeserving of the pursuit of happiness that all Americans deserve, Cadance Daniel believes in second-chance opportunities for all people.

Access to adequate housing is a fundamental human right. Now is the time for returning citizens to receive equal rental opportunities within Florida by passing the Landlord Liability Bill. By law, returning citizens in Florida have regained their right to vote.

We must remit unpaid court fees before rights restoration. This action has generated a cycle of defeat. Therefore, it's time to fix this fundamental American right whether fees are "paid up" or not. With the hope of expungement and the sealing of records, many lose hope when they find out that their particular case cannot be sealed or expunged.
It is time to enact legislation that deals with the expansion of expungement as well as the sealing of records.
